Our story

Care inspired by what our own pets needed.

Happy Pets E.S. was born from the need to find a groomer who truly cared about the individual needs of a pet — someone who would trim nails appropriately without causing unnecessary discomfort, use gentle handling, and understand that a nervous dog may need a little extra time to adapt.

That experience became our mission: to provide grooming with patience, respect and personalized attention. Every dog is different, so we work at a pace that helps each pet feel as comfortable as possible.

A safe, comfortable stay

Dog Boarding at Happy Pets E.S.

A home-based boarding experience with play, rest, routine and individual kennel rooms for peaceful nights.

Individual Kennel Rooms for Bedtime

Dogs staying overnight have their own kennel room — a small, comfortable individual sleeping space designed to help keep every guest safe and allow everyone to rest peacefully at night. Dogs enjoy supervised time together when appropriate and are separated mainly for sleeping and meals.

Meals are served separately so dogs cannot eat another guest's food, helping prevent food-related conflicts and stomach upset.

What to Bring

  • Leash and harness.
  • Your dog's favourite toy or comfort item.
  • Food portioned for the entire stay in individual Ziploc bags. Each bag should contain one complete, ready-to-serve meal.
  • Please bring your dog clean. If a bath is needed for cleanliness and comfort, Happy Pets E.S. can provide a bath for an additional fee.

Boarding Requirements & Policies

  • Dogs must be friendly and must not show aggression toward other dogs or children. If aggressive behaviour occurs during the stay and creates a safety concern, the owner or emergency contact will be required to pick up the dog.
  • Please be punctual for the agreed pickup date. If your pickup day changes, notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
  • If your dog becomes ill or develops a medical concern during the stay, we will contact you as soon as possible. When veterinary attention is reasonably necessary, we may take your pet to a veterinarian. The owner is responsible for veterinary and related medical expenses unless the issue resulted from negligence by Happy Pets E.S.

Our goal is a calm, safe stay for every guest. Routines and group interactions may be adjusted according to each dog's comfort, behaviour, weather and safety needs.
